Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by Smart Concierge. Data controller: Denys Hurskyi (autónomo), NIF Z3135092J, trading as "Smart Concierge" (smartconciergeservice.com). For what we process and why, see the Privacy policy.

End customers (you messaged a business on WhatsApp)

Your WhatsApp messages are processed on behalf of the business you contacted. To delete your conversation history and any booking data, contact that business directly, or email us at info@smartconciergeservice.com with the WhatsApp number you wrote from and the business name. We action or forward the request and confirm once done — normally within 30 days, except where longer retention is legally required.

Business owners (you use the admin panel)

Disconnecting Google Calendar in the admin panel immediately revokes and deletes the stored Google OAuth tokens and calendar linkage. To delete your entire account — business profile, settings, conversation logs, bookings and any remaining Google data — email info@smartconciergeservice.com from your account email. Completed within 30 days; legally required records are retained only for the mandatory period and then deleted.

Facebook Login data

If you signed in with Facebook, you can remove the app at facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites, or email us. Data associated with that login is deleted within 30 days of the request.
